AirMMax AMZG Roots Blower

AMZG roots blower is three lobe roots blower with pressure up to 200 kpa (2,000 mbar), and air flow to 500 m³/min.

AMZG roots blower has different material of Cast Iron, SS304, SS316, SS316L for different site application.

AMZG roots blower has different design for delivering air, gas and vapor.

Roots Blower Work Principal

Roots blower is a positive displacement, constant volume machine which operates against varying pressure. The two impellers which are mounted on parallel shafts, rotate in opposite direction and with every movement of the impeller across the blower inlet, a definite volume of air is trapped and carried across the casing to the blower outlet where this air is discharged.

Roots blower supply clean air through pipe to DISC diffuser and aerotube, clean air pass through DISC diffuser wall and aerotube wall and transform into fine bubble, fine bubble rise slowly from the pond bottom to the surface which makes fine bubble have higher surface contact area and longer contact period with water.
